Oliver W. Olson, an American based in the Netherlands, is a senior lecturer of Marketing and Strategy at Maastricht School of Management at Maastricht University. He was a founder and the first Dean of Maastricht School of Management Romania. He has also held roles at CEU Business School, including Country Manager and MBA Program Director. He has extensive experience in banking, academic administration and quality assurance for higher education. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Business and German from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas. Oliver is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Constantin has worked in the customer experience field for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of customer experience management, digital transformation and sustainable development within the business environment. He has a proven track record in education, training, sales, marketing as well corporate strategy planning and execution. He has gained international work experience and network throughout his career. He is a fierce advocate for sustainable business strategies and believes that education and lifelong learning are key to our current and emerging global challenges. Constantin has participated in several accreditation projects, including AMBA, NVAO and ACBSP.

Odgerel Batmunkh, based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is a Client Engagement Manager of Peregrine Academic Services Mongolia. She has been working in education sector for 13 years. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey. In addition, Odgerel supports the global activities of Peregrine Global Services.

Jelena has more than 6 years experience in Quality Assurance, with certificates from TÜV and stints Nyenrode University (NL) and Business School Nederland (NL).
